A native of Israel, hailing from a small town near Tel Aviv, AlonHershkowitz began his culinary journey at Tadmor, a prestigiousculinary school at the age of fifteen and landed his first job at theSheraton Hotel in Tel Aviv. In 2011, Hershkowitz joined the team atEden Roc Renaissance as Executive Chef to oversee the hotel’s firstkosher kitchen. Hershkowitz introduced a variety of kosher recipes atthe Miami Beach resort and helped develop a brand new wedding andbanquet menu.
